I’m Christine McWilliam, a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I provide personalised nutritional therapy to help you improve your health through food, lifestyle advice, and in some cases, health testing. This privacy notice tells you how I handle your information when you use my services.

When you work with Aurora Nu-Tree-Tion, we may collect:

- Information about your health, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and any test results
- Notes from our consultations and your health plan
- Payment details (for card or online payments)
- Your GP’s contact information (only with your permission)
We only collect the information we need to provide you with the best nutritional care.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Understand your health needs
- Create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan
- Order tests or recommend supplements (if relevant)
- Keep accurate records of our sessions
We never collect more than we need, and we don’t use your data for anything unrelated to your care unless you give us permission (e.g., for newsletters or marketing).
How We Keep Your Information Safe
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is stored securely, and only authorised people can access it. We follow UK data protection laws (UK GDPR) and have systems in place to prevent loss or misuse of your information.
When We Might Share Your Information

- We need to refer you to another health professional
- It’s required by law (e.g., to prevent harm or for legal action)
- A supplement or lab company needs your details to send products or results (we only share what’s necessary)
In rare cases, we might need to share information to protect your safety or someone else’s (for example, if we’re worried about serious harm or self-harm).
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as required by our professional bodies (BANT and CNHC). This allows us to deal with any future questions or complaints. After that time, your records will be safely deleted.
Your Rights
You have rights when it comes to your personal information. You can:
- Ask to see what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Tell us not to use your data for marketing
- Ask for a copy of your data in a digital format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
